I'm trying to find a generator that makes names that sound like (blank).?

I swear I found something like this before, you enter in a word or name and it alters it slightly, to create results that sound sort of like whatever you entered, but aren't exactly that. I'm trying to name a character for a novel, and this would be very useful. I'm 93% sure that this thing actually exists, but memory is never infallible. It might also be something that I dreamed existed, because I do that too.
