Are the labor pains worth it if you really really want a child?

I'm just curious. I would like to have 1 child when I'm married but being a person who's never experienced real pain, is it really worth it? Should I adopt?

Renaming Music File Help?

I have a couple music files on my iPod that put all the information (artist, album, song) in one line. I tried to rename these files by right-clicking, going to properties, and clicking on the summary tab. There are spaces for artists name, title, and stuff. I just can't fill them out, I can only fill out title. Does anyone know how to make these files display with separate lines for artist, album, and song title? I'm really OCD about this and if I can't fix it, I'll be really depresed.

You know, you should probably just go talk to her about it. Or if not, perhaps get more involved. Try asking questions or discussing things with her that require her attention and input. Maybe there just isn't much to talk about cause you don't open up so instead of silence and awkwardness she moves on. Maybe she is just trying to respect your privacy. Then she might be more understanding, and less reactive.

I have a cat litter box question?

I help with a rescue and have 6 cats currently (All spayed and neutored). All the cats have some kind of special needs. I love every one of them dearly they are my four-legged kids LOL. Here is the question what automatic litter box would you say is best for this many cats and depending on what the needs are can have two or three more so let me know please. The six cats will never be able to be adopted so I will keep them unless a proper home is found and where I live that is very slim it would ever happen. The chance of me giving these animals up are slim to nil though because I have had all six of them over a year. LOL Thank you ahead of time for answering this, I appreciate it very much. ok there is this mutt (not sure what it is) that has found itsway to my parents house. There is a lot strays and abused animals around our house so my mom keeps dog food and cat food out at all times. Her owner knows shes there but doesnt come and get her. Shes been at my moms for about 2 months now. She goes home one day a week, but doesnt stay long. Shes had several litters, you can see her bones even though she eats. And needs alittle medical care. I think with lots of love she will be the perfect addition to our family. She is the happiest most loveable dog ive ever met. Im thinking i should just take her. She lives with my parents anyway. But i would also be stealing a mans dog and i dont want that to be heald against me on judgement day. The dog looks pretty rough and if i call the police and get the shelter involved she might be put down with out ever being given a chance. Or they would take her and i would have to adopt her Costing more money, and i live 100 miles a way. And i dont want to get involved in any animal abuse cases. Windows Media Player plays videos all in black?

Sort of. I would not say that I thought that the whole bible was infallible because it clearly has many errors due to lack of knowledge of the writers as well as contradictions. I did however investigate the prophecy claims and when I read Isaiah 52 and 53 it really sounded a lot like Jesus. It was describing a servant of God. I eventually read the whole bible and when I read all of Isaiah it became clear that the servant was the Hebrews of Judea. It referred to the entire country as a servant to God. Later I discovered that the NT writers used the OT as a source for their stories. That is why so many things sound like they're describing Jesus in the OT, but when you read the full context discover that it's not. So I came close to believing there was something to the christian claims, but now I have a much better understanding of the bible and remain an atheist.

Just adopt the one you want, and don't feel guilty about the other one. You can't save them all. Adopting a dog that isn't a good match for you, your household, or your lifestyle is never a good idea for the adopter OR the adoptee. A dog that's too boisterous will drive you crazy, and your other dogs will feel this. If the shelter is trying to guilt-trip you into taking a dog you don't want and can't afford, remind them that they're lucky you're taking even one. Both dogs will adjust fine.

What should I do with my Akita pup?

I have 2 Akitas. 10 year old Male Akita, with a dominant personality and a 5 year old Female Akita with a very passive personality that was a champion in my country. I call the representatives of AKC in my country to help me find proper homes for the dogs. They are currently 3 month old, and the people at AKC had to see them before recommending them. When they saw them they went crazy. They almost told me I was stupid to not keep one of them. There are two pups that they told me to please let them show them in the following tournament, because they will surely win. I explained to them that I already have 2 Akitas, and a third dog would be mayhem. They told me that my old dog would not be a problem, because he is REALLY old and Akita develop strong personalities around 2 years old. The dog they want me to keep is a pup that has beautiful coat, that looks like a pajama, but kind of crazy personality (looks very dominant). The other dog is a girl that has a personality in between. The people told me that they would prefer to have two male dogs, one old and one really young. They would not advice me to have two young female dogs, that their fights are the worst. I really do not know what to do! What would you do?

Ok, I have a mac, an old mac that runs version 10.5.8. I want to install modloader, so I follow directions on youtube and turn minecraft.jar into a folder, which i renamed minecraft.jar. I installed it, and all the mods, and I ALSO deleted META-INF. However, when I start, I get a black screen. From what I figured out, I think that the minecraft client doesn't know that there is a minecraft.jar because it is in a folder form... or not? Anyways, I did everything, I even tried terminal, which didn't work at all. Can somebody please help me! I really want to play the game with mods!

Hello, I am a father of four beautiful children and married ten years to my wife.I wrote a question earlier but i didn't really give a lot of back round.My wife lost her her sister due to a battle of cancer she only was diagnosed 8 months ago but sadly she lost the battle and its really made my wife down as they grew up together .she left behind a beautiful baby boy who is only a year and a half we found out her sister never decided who would take care of her child after because the death was so sudden .We are from ireland i myself am not irish in from the Netherlands and im dutch .i myself have no problem with taking in the child me and my wife love children and before this happened we were trying for our fifth child for over a year but have found it hard to conceive.I admit we are not perfect but i think we should keep him in the blood.we have good jobs im an accountant my wife's a nurse and i hope that way it will stand good for us so if we decide to we can get custody i think it will be up in court in about 3 to four weeks time im not 100% sure.I've not mentioned it yet with my wife but i am going to after i get advice.The child is with his Grandparents at he moment,his father is not in the picture as he didn't want to get involved when he was born.I think we can cope very well with this child as our oldest is nine down to age four so they too are fit to care and help this child when growing up .What i am wonder is would my nationality stand as im not irish but taking custody of an irish child? would we be too old to adopt im 43 my wife is 32? How do I keep my kitten from peeing on my bed?

My boyfriend and I recently adopted a Siamese kitten from the pound. They told me that he was probably 12 weeks old when I got him fixed last week. He is very good at using the litter box, except when he pees. Before we got him fixed he peed everywhere. Now, he just pees on my bed at night. I was told that fixing him would stop this problem. So I've been wondering if I was adopted for several years now. My parents have always treated me differently from my sister and brother, like I'm some sort of freak. They always used to beat me up and call me names, and whenever they were mad at me, they'd always yell "this was all a big mistake! we never should've brought you home!" and stuff like that. My brother and sister both look like both of my parents. I look nothing like them, except for the fact that we all have black hair and a light complexion, except for my parents because they were born outside of this country. I have found out that my cousin is a drug dealer and we have known that when she was trying to get pregnany about 8 years ago that she was one of those "wake and bake" people. and know i have heard that she is a drug dealer. and has sold as recently as two weeks ago. Help me fix my iPod please!?

Ok, so I thought I was being so smart when I extracted all my favorite songs from my iPod. I plugged it into the computer, went into "My Computer", clicked on my iPod, and clicked on the "Music" folder. Each song was named with 4 or 5 random letters, so I renamed most of them so I could navigate through them easier. I copied and pasted the ones I wanted into the music folder on the computer and successfully burned the CD I wanted. The problem is, when I turn on my iPod to listened to my favorite songs, NONE of them will play because they are all renamed. I don't think the problem resulted from the copy and pasting, because those aren't the only songs that won't play, it's every single one that I renamed. PLEASE HELP!

However, for you're skin tone, you're better off going a little more natural and using a powder foundation. What to do about rat tumor, about to go on a trip?

I have a rat that I adopted in May from our local animal shelter (along with a friend we introduced to her). They said she was 1.5 years old. Recently, like a week or so ago, I noticed she had a tumor on her belly. I was worried, but was busy at the time and never got around to scheduling an appointment. The tumor is now pretty big, almost touching the ground. She still doesn't seem bothered by it, though she is a little slower than before. I am about to go on a trip (leaving on Sunday) so there is still time to schedule a surgery perhaps. However I am still not sure what to do. She could be 2 years old by now (since her birth date isn't exact) and what if She doesn't live very long after getting the surgery? since she is old, she could die of cancer or another old age disease not far from now. She is fairly healthy otherwise, but since she is older is it a good idea? Also, last time I had a vet perform a tumor surgery on my rat it cost 200 dollars and I don't know if I can afford it now (I am only 15 and have to pay for it myself). A friend suggested getting the surgery and then volunteering at the clinic to lower the cost, but do you think that would work? I knew that the vet there was experienced with rats, but I am now wondering if there is a vet that is good with rats but has lower prices? I don't know if there is time to talk to a vet and know they are good with rats as well as get surgery before we leave on our trip. I know it is all my fault that I left this off, and I hate myself for it, but now I need to figure it out because I will not leave my rat when she has a tumor and I know she will be in a horrible state when we get back. Using Mozilla Firefox you can save webpages in a "complete manner", an html file is created along with a file containing all the images the webpage uses, it has a title of "NameOfWebpage_files". When I renamed an html I tried renaming the folder as well but now the webpage has absolutely no images to open with. I cannot go back to the webpage I tried to save cause it is now inexistent, and I do not remember the original name of the webpage I saved. Stupid yes, but beyond the point. There could be many reasons why it was called The Byzantine Empire. Maybe it came into use by historians, so that the period of the single 'Roman Empire', up until 475 a.d., and the era of the 'Eastern Roman Empire' were not to be confused. The Ottoman Sultans called themselves Roman Emperor so more than anything the term probably derived to give distinction to the Dynasty rather than the Empire. They themselves called it the 'Eastern Roman Empire', but of course Byzantium was the Greek name for the ancient city of Constantinople, and that is where the name originated so in some ways it does make sense. Most importantly though their were the Holy Roman Emperors, I have a theory that they were referred to as the byzantines to prevent confusion between the 'Holy Romans' and the 'Eastern Romans', and perhaps also to avoid a clash in titles, 'Byzantine Emperor' vs 'Holy Roman Emperor' of course.

Help Installing the Homebrew Channel on my Wii Through Smash Stack?

I went to wiibrew.org and followed the directions. I renamed the sd card's private folder to privateold. I downloaded smash stack and saved its private folder under wii, then app, then RSBE, then st. I downloaded hackmii version 0.8 and put its boot.elf file in the same section as smash stack. I got rid of the rest. I deleted all custom stages off the wii and the sd card. The sd card is 1.0gb. I put the sd card in my wii, turned on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and went to stage builder. Nothing Happened!!! It didn't load. It didn't do anything. What did I do wrong? Please Help!!

How come when i try to install the SWAT 4 patch it says that an existing copy doesn't exist?

Ok so i just recently bought SWAT 4 and SWAT 4 the Stetchkov syndicate. SWAT 4 installed fine except everything is labeled as COMPANY_SHORT_NAME/PRODUCT_NAME or something along those lines. It runs fine as well. However, when i try installing the patch/ the Stechkov syndicate it starts the installation process but then a error box that says "An existing copy of SWAT 4 was not located on this computer" I have no idea what's going on, i tried renaming some of the files when re-installed SWAT 4 but that did nothing. I'm getting fat but I like it?

I've always been slim but it's fair to say over the last few months I've gotten a bit big. Over winter I adopted some unhealthy eating habits that have carried on throughout the year adding about 30lbs to my weight making me around 185lbs. The only negative is my rapidly expanding waistline and the fact I spend a lot of my allowance on snacks and food. I never used to care for food much but now it all seems so tasty! Guinea Pig Decision Help?

So, i've had my male guinea pig Spud for about 2-3 years. Ever since we adopted him at 3 months old, my other guinea pig Demetri never seemed to like him. We have kept them in different cages their entire lives. Demetri seems fine with it but i've started to notice Spud has been lonely. He's very well tempered and the sweetest thing. I know guinea pigs are herd animals and they should be together but these two can't seem to get along. I've started considering that I should return Spud to the adoption agency we got him from so he could have a another chance to a happier life. We treat him like royalty here but I can't stand the fact that he's still not deserving the life he should be having. The only thing i'm worried about is the way they'll treat him in a new home if he even gets re-adopted. He's pretty old and adopters look for young guinea pigs most of the time. Ok, 8 years ago i rescued my dog from a local no kill rescue. She is very sweet and i also rescued another little girl who decided to escape and this rescue group found her so i had to go to the place where this woman keep all the dogs. My Little puppy at the time when i got there was stuck in a tiny chicken wire fence with like 7 other dogs and she was matted in poop and the lady told me im lucky shes not keeping my dog, well all the dogs are in nasty poop filled chicken wire "kennels" and they are chained up in these "kennels" and before i saw the deplorable conditions they were in i recommended her to people but she has gotten to the point where she wont let anyone adopt these dogs, I know she has the right to turn people down but its ridiculous and i don know what to do, these animals are suffering, and the local human society wont do anything. Is it possible that my dog is mistaking me for my identical twin?

While I'm on deployment, my best friend back home is babysitting my dog for me. He's about 11 1/2 months old now. I knew it would be sort of rough on the dog but after this deployment, I'll get him back and no more deployments for me. So question being, my twin brother stops in about every other weekend or so and my buddy says my dog just cries and cries and begs for my brothers attention. Then after he leaves, my dog will continue to cry for the next day or so. He also is having problems being in the crate. Won't stop whining but he was never like that with me. (I adopted him when he was roughly 8/9 weeks old and had him up until early May) Is it possible he's confusing him for me? I thought dogs recognized humans by smell? My buddy also has a dog and will separating them for a few months after 8 months affect both dogs? That will only be temporary after my return cause I don't have service time left. Also, my brother does show my dog love and treats him as if he were me because of the crying. Hoping this all made sense

How can I help my cat be more comfortable with being held?

We adopted my cat when she was just a kitten. We had no problems with her behavior at first, but she started to dislike being held and now she just hates being held. She will twist and meow and sometimes even hiss. We have never hit her, we give her plenty of food and water, and we play with her. She is a very friendly cat otherwise...she doesn't like to be petted much but she loves being around people and us. Whenever our family is gathered in one room she will always come sit exactly in the middle of us. She is quite playful. She doesn't have any serious health problems except she recently has become very slightly overweight, and she always finishes her food. I can't imagine why she behaves like this. I always feel terrible after I try and hold her because I feel that in some way we have violated her trust. Is there any way I can essentialy make her trust me enough again to let me hold her? If I were you, I'd confront the landlord and be honest. Mention that they have no place to go and your only option is for you to take them in. Most apartment complexes (actually I think all) charge you extra for having pets in the house. But to be honest I had a cat in my apartment and my landlord or manager of the complex never knew nor found out. I find it the right way to be honest because if the landlord were to find the cat and you never told him/her then that's twice the penalty. Just be honest! :) Good luck!

A lot of these, but not all, rock and metal fanatics just love to slam pop music whenever they can, when really pop is a good genre of music, it's just these terrible artists today that give it a bad name. And they also say Britney Spears was always awful. That's just not true, she did have a lot of talent, and it was shown in a lot of her old songs that weren't singles. But since she makes crap nowadays, they think that she always has been. The '90s was a good era for pop, but nowadays, it's just total crap, but people will say that pop has always sucked and they'll use today's songs as an example, when there are good songs out there. Help Installing Smash Stack on my Wii?

I went to wiibrew.org and followed the directions. I renamed the sd card's private folder to privateold. I downloaded smash stack and saved its private folder under wii, then app, then RSBE, then st. I downloaded hackmii version 0.8 and put its boot.elf file in the same section as smash stack. I got rid of the rest. I deleted all custom stages off the wii and the sd card. The sd card is 1.0gb. I put the sd card in my wii, turned on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and went to stage builder. Nothing Happened!!! It didn't load. It didn't do anything. What did I do wrong? Please Help!!

I currently have a cattle dog mix who will catch squirrels without even injuring them, but I used to have two terriers who would kill and eat lizards, birds, snakes, mice, rats, etc. Basically anything that would fit in their mouth. I think it depends a lot on the dog, and maybe the breed. Terrier were bred to kill rodents, but cattle dogs are supposed to herd and keep safe the flock. Labs, at least, are bred as retrievers, so it makes sense that he wouldn't eat it.

OK the biggest part of the Christian community agree that the work sheol means the rave and not the hell depicted by Dante Aligheiri but in his "vision" Hell was a place of fire and chains and torment. So if there was a mistranslation and sheol means grave and dante was wrong why is it that the Quran which was written round 610 when dante lived more round 1200 AD. So if there is in fact no hell how is a description of hell so similar between the two assuming Dante did not read the Quran. Now question 2. The Christian hell is reserved for all unsaved (jews, athiests, muslims etc.) whereas the muslim hell is reserved for any nonmuslim and the jewish is reserved for anyone who does not believe there is one true GOD and abide by its commandments and noahide laws for gentiles. So basically you have a 1 in 3 chance of going to some kind of hell. It has been said that the Quran cannot be disputed and is infallible ( haven't had alot of time to research this). And if athiests are right you go nowhere (sounds nice). So who is right? How is the Quran said to be infallible? Please explain ty.
