If a god like that which is portrayed in the bible exists,?

then how can he retain his infallible and loving judgment by condemning those who don’t share a faith to hell? Everything in the world seems to point away from god. If they clearly have no reason to believe other than a fabricated paucity of ambiguous events, how can a righteous judge condemn them?
