Is the L'Oreal Infallible Foundation good to use to cover my red marks caused by pimples?

I have a lot of red marks left on my face and nose because of pimples and it's gotten to a point where its realy notceable and everyone is starting to make a comment about it which i don't like. So will the L'Oreal Infallible Foundation be a good idea to use to cover the marks up?
