Please help me with my foundation!?!?

Buy a new foundations, I recommend Max Factors Xperience Foundation, it has such positive reviews and I LOVE IT! If you are not allowed to buy a new foundation for any reason try using a soft cosmetic sponge just to kinda buff it out a bit and remove the unnecessary foundation. x
