When God's first angel fell and became Satan, did God make sure Garden of Eden was infallible?

Obviously not, huh? The Bible doesn't say too much more about the Garden, so whether or not the Garden was fallible is unknown, though Satan was still able to breach it the term fallible is subjective. Obviously, though, Adam and Eve were very fallible.
