Which of these dog foods is best: Purina, Iams, Science Diet, or Eagle Pack?

I'm adopting a dog. I'm 13 and have to pay for everything myself. Therefore I cannot afford expensive dog food. But I still want to get the best I can for my dog. So which of these is best? Or if you have other suggestions, my budget is $40 or under for a 30lb bag.
