Besides you know whom, what other world leaders were always infallible and off limits to any criticism?

Despite what you say, there has never been a world leader who is off limits to criticism except maybe Vlad the Impaler and other tyrants/kings/dictators whose punishment for criticism is death, toture, or imprisonment.
